  • Six 4 minute periods with half time
  • Games will feature "four on four" format with coaches on the floor
  • At the beginning of each period both coaches line up players and match them by ability
  • Man to man defense only
  • Clock runs continuous to end of period
  • No time outs (except for player foul substitution or injury)
  • At the end of each period the team that receives the ball next is based on the possession error
  • Scores will be kept for all games
  • Games that end in tie, remain a tie
  • Back court violations will not be called
  • No technical fouls
  • A player committing two fouls in one period sits out the remainder of the period
  • Upward substitution rules apply; this provides players with equal playing time throughout the season
  • Ball Size: 25"
  • Goal Height: 8'
